Zoho Introduces New Enterprise Billing and Spend Management Solutions in the UAE
Zoho said the solutions are designed to support the UAE’s fast-growing digital economy and address the increasing operational complexity of large organisations operating across the Emirates.
Zoho Corporation has announced the launch of two new finance-focused enterprise solutions in the UAE and the wider region: Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition and Zoho Spend. The new offerings are aimed at large enterprises seeking to modernise revenue management, strengthen spend controls, streamline procurement, and achieve end-to-end financial visibility. Zoho said the solutions are designed to support the UAE’s fast-growing digital economy and address the increasing operational complexity of large organisations operating across the Emirates.
According to Zoho, the launches align with its “transnational localism” strategy, which combines global capabilities with region-specific requirements. As businesses scale and adopt more complex operating models, finance leaders are under growing pressure to replace fragmented systems with integrated platforms that provide real-time insight across revenue and expenditure. Zoho Billing and Zoho Spend bring together billing, payroll, procurement, and expense management within a single, scalable and compliant platform tailored to the needs of the UAE market.
Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition is designed to help large businesses adopt modern, flexible monetisation models such as usage-based, tiered, and consumption-based pricing. The solution allows enterprises to control what they charge, how they charge, and when they charge, while supporting complex contracts and high transaction volumes. It offers multiple country-specific editions that comply with local tax regulations, including UAE VAT requirements, enabling businesses to operate confidently across different jurisdictions.
The enterprise billing platform also includes automated collections to help reduce days sales outstanding, customer lifecycle management to support subscriptions from trial to renewal, and built-in revenue recognition aligned with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards. These capabilities help finance teams automate revenue processes, accelerate month-end close, and gain real-time visibility into financial performance, while allowing businesses to quickly adapt pricing strategies to changing market conditions.
Zoho Spend, meanwhile, addresses the challenge of fragmented spend management by unifying payroll, procurement, accounts payable automation, corporate travel, and employee expenses into a single solution. Zoho noted that many UAE-based organisations rely on disconnected systems, limiting visibility and control over company-wide spending. Zoho Spend provides a consolidated dashboard that offers a holistic view of budgets and expenses, helping leaders strengthen governance, improve compliance, and reduce unmanaged costs.
The platform streamlines the entire sourcing-to-pay process, including digital vendor onboarding, RFQs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and bill management. It also delivers detailed vendor- and category-level insights to support better negotiations and procurement efficiency. Accounts payable automation features such as OCR-based bill capture, automated matching, approval workflows, batch payments, and reconciliation further simplify financial operations.
Zoho Spend also includes integrated payroll management tailored for the UAE market. The solution automates payroll processing in compliance with local labour regulations, supports Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements, and ensures accurate handling of gratuity and pension contributions based on employee nationality. With built-in compliance checks, real-time payroll summaries, and employee self-service portals on web and mobile, the platform is designed to improve both operational efficiency and employee experience.
In addition, the solution enables organisations to manage corporate travel and expenses more effectively. Employees can book travel through policy-controlled self-booking tools, while travel desks can track and manage requests centrally. Automated expense management, from receipt capture to reimbursement, helps ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax rules, and governance standards commonly followed by UAE-based organisations.
