By combining decades of Cisco’s technical expertise with predictive intelligence, Cisco IQ aims to help IT teams overcome the operational friction caused by increasingly complex digital environments.

Cisco  has officially launched Cisco IQ, an AI-driven digital interface designed to centralize and simplify the way enterprises manage their technology infrastructure. Developed specifically for the AI era, the platform integrates real-time insights, automated troubleshooting, and personalized learning into a single, cohesive experience. By combining decades of Cisco’s technical expertise with predictive intelligence, Cisco IQ aims to help IT teams overcome the operational friction caused by increasingly complex digital environments.

The platform marks a strategic shift from reactive “firefighting” to proactive foresight. Through on-demand assessments, Cisco IQ can evaluate security configurations, compliance status, and even quantum readiness, allowing teams to identify and resolve vulnerabilities before they lead to downtime. The interface also provides total visibility into an organization’s asset inventory, simplifying lifecycle management by predicting the last days of support and optimizing technology investments for better business outcomes.

Human oversight remains a core pillar of the Cisco IQ architecture, ensuring that AI-driven automation is transparent and secure. The system is designed for maximum flexibility, offering deployment options ranging from cloud-based SaaS to air-gapped on-premises installations. This versatility allows Cisco’s global partners to provide tailored, hyper-personalized support to their clients, turning technology management into a strategic driver of growth rather than a purely operational task.
