Under this agreement, individuals and businesses will now be able to pay stamp duties electronically for commercial registration via the digital platform “Tabioucom”, using CIB or EDAHABIA bank cards.

The Ministry of Finance  and the Ministry of Internal Trade and Regulation of the National Market  have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to introduce a digital payment system for stamp duties associated with commercial register registration, according to a joint statement from both ministries.

The MoU was formalized at the Ministry of Finance headquarters by Djamel Hanniche, Management Officer of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, and Hocine Zaoui, Business Officer of the National Centre for the Trade Register (CNRC) representing the Ministry of Internal Trade and Regulation of the National Market. The signing ceremony was attended by executives from ITB and CNRC.

Under this agreement, individuals and businesses will now be able to pay stamp duties electronically for commercial registration via the digital platform “Tabioucom”, using CIB or EDAHABIA bank cards.

This initiative aligns with government efforts to modernize public services through digital transformation. It aims to simplify administrative procedures, enhance service quality, and encourage the adoption of electronic payment methods.
