Libya Telecom & Technology Faces DDoS Attacks, Ensures Service Stability

The telecom operator continues to prioritize the protection of its infrastructure and the uninterrupted delivery of essential connectivity to its customers amid growing cyber threats.

State-owned Libya Telecom & Technology (LTT)  has confirmed that its network has recently come under a series of denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks targeting its systems.

Despite the disruption attempts, the company reassured subscribers that its dedicated emergency response protocols were immediately activated, successfully mitigating most of the attack’s impact and safeguarding the continuity of key services.

LTT emphasized that its round-the-clock monitoring and defensive measures remain fully operational, ensuring the network’s stability, security, and quality for all users while proactively countering any new malicious attempts.
