MilkStraw AI Raises $2M Seed to Redefine Cloud Infrastructure Management
The funding will accelerate MilkStraw AI's mission to transform how fast-growing companies manage and optimize their cloud infrastructure costs.
AI-powered cloud optimisation startup MilkStraw AI has raised $2 million in seed funding led by VentureSouq, with participation from Ibtikar Fund and Musaab Hakimi. The capital will fuel product development and scaling as the company continues to simplify cloud infrastructure management for startups.
Founded in 2023, MilkStraw AI is trusted by over 100 startups, including Thndr, Maqsam, Ziina, and Beyond AI, to optimise cloud operations and reduce overhead.
“MilkStraw is a powerhouse for cloud cost optimization tools. The validation speaks for itself: the vast majority of our users became paying customers and we’ve had zero churn in 16 months. That’s the kind of product-market fit you can build a company on.”
– Ahmed Itman, Senior SRE, Thndr
The startup is introducing new features, including The Feed, a real-time cloud activity stream; Right Sizing, which identifies underused resources and optimises infrastructure; and an AI-powered conversational layer that allows teams to interact with cloud systems using natural language.
“Most cloud cost tools create more work for engineering teams. MilkStraw actually does the work for them. That’s a meaningful difference, and the retention numbers prove it.”
– Tammer Qaddumi, Co-Founder and General Partner, VentureSouq
With a strong product-market fit and zero churn over 16 months, MilkStraw AI aims to set a new standard for cloud management, enabling teams to focus on building the next generation of startups.
