The achievements of 2025 reflect a strategic shift for Ooredoo Kuwait from a traditional telecom provider to an integrated national partner, driving innovation, advancing digital infrastructure, and supporting the growth of a knowledge-based economy.

The year 2025 marked a pivotal milestone for Ooredoo Kuwait,  reinforcing its position as a strategic national partner in digital transformation, telecommunications, and information technology. Aligning closely with Kuwait Vision 2035, the company focused on advancing innovation, developing digital infrastructure, and empowering society to benefit from modern technological opportunities, contributing to sustainable and inclusive growth.

Throughout the year, Ooredoo Kuwait strengthened its partnerships with both government entities and private sector organisations, delivering integrated technology solutions that support national development priorities. A notable collaboration with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) focused on leveraging Ooredoo’s “51” digital platform to showcase national achievements, produce creative content, and strengthen institutional presence locally and regionally. Similarly, a strategic partnership with Kuwait Airways integrated Platform 51 into in-flight entertainment systems, promoting authentic Kuwaiti digital content to a global audience and supporting the growth of the country’s creative economy.

Ooredoo Kuwait also played a leading role in landmark events that enhanced the national and regional digital ecosystem. Through the “Beyond Borders” initiative, organised with the Kuwait Diplomatic Institute, the company promoted digital diplomacy, technology-driven collaboration, and youth empowerment. At the MoneyTech Summit 2025, Ooredoo highlighted advancements in financial technology, artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud solutions, while launching an AI-powered data centre in partnership with NVIDIA to strengthen Kuwait’s digital infrastructure.

In terms of digital services, Ooredoo Kuwait continued to enhance customer experience and expand digital infrastructure, investing in 5G Advanced technologies and delivering integrated solutions for individuals and enterprises. Its enterprise offerings now include IoT, cloud services, secure networking, fleet management, and advanced data solutions, supporting operational efficiency and digital transformation across SMEs, large enterprises, and critical national sectors.

Sustainability, national content, and talent development remained central to Ooredoo Kuwait’s 2025 strategy. Platform 51 continued to serve as a hub for youth creativity and cultural content, while initiatives such as children’s theatre and youth-focused programming promoted education and digital awareness. Internally, the company prioritised employee development, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and empowerment, recognising that human capital is the foundation of sustainable digital transformation.

Ooredoo Kuwait’s efforts in 2025 were recognised with numerous regional and international awards. Highlights included the Asian Telecom Awards 2025 (Telecom Company of the Year, Best HR Initiative), recognition from TM Forum for Autonomous Networks Level 4 (ANL4), and multiple accolades at the Stevie Awards 2025, including Gold Stevie – Company of the Year (IT – Telecommunications). These awards underscore the company’s leadership in innovation, digital transformation, and human capital development.

The achievements of 2025 reflect a strategic shift for Ooredoo Kuwait from a traditional telecom provider to an integrated national partner, driving innovation, advancing digital infrastructure, and supporting the growth of a knowledge-based economy. Through partnerships, technological initiatives, and community-focused programs, Ooredoo Kuwait continues to play a key role in shaping Kuwait’s digital future in alignment with Kuwait Vision 2035.
