GCT Achieves Key 5G Commercialization Milestone With Chipset Launch

The recently announced launch of GoGo’s 5G air-to-ground network further underscores the growing demand for GCT’s 5G solutions and reinforces the Company’s positioning for expanded 5G commercialization and continued market penetration in 2026 and the years ahead.

GCT Semiconductor Holding Inc.  (“GCT” or the “Company”), a leading designer and supplier of advanced 5G and 4G semiconductor solutions, today announced the first commercial shipments of its 5G chipset to GCT’s lead customers. The shipments follow successful qualification and adoption, as highlighted in GoGo’s recent announcement, marking a key milestone in GCT’s 5G revenue growth trajectory.

With the successful commercial launch, GCT completed its 2025GCT – Year of 5G program in line with the previously announced anticipated timeline, which guided for commercial shipments to commence at the end of Q4 of 2025.
