Resolute CS, a connectivity technology company, has partnered with Equinix, Inc., the world’s digital infrastructure company, to automate the design, pricing, and ordering of global last-mile access through the Resolute NEXUS™ platform. The collaboration provides Equinix customers with a consolidated experience to connect the enterprise edge into Equinix Fabric and onward to cloud environments, improving hybrid cloud deployments.
Last-mile connectivity has remained a challenge for enterprises, often slowing deployment, increasing operational costs, and limiting control over hybrid cloud environments. The Resolute NEXUS platform addresses these issues by automating the sourcing process, providing transparent pricing, and enabling enterprises to manage global last-mile access efficiently.
The integration allows enterprises to maximize the value of their Equinix Fabric and cloud investments by accelerating deployment, enhancing performance, and enabling long-term flexibility. It is particularly critical for next-generation AI workloads that require globally distributed, high-performance infrastructure.
Resolute NEXUS simplifies connectivity by automatically identifying optimal access routes from any enterprise location to Equinix International Business Exchange® (IBX) facilities. Enterprises can evaluate competitive options across a carrier-neutral ecosystem of providers, design private Ethernet routes, ensure last-mile diversity and resiliency, and place direct orders with selected providers, all through an automated workflow that reduces sourcing effort and escalation cycles.
The platform currently automates more than 3,200 providers across 180 countries, offering a carrier-neutral and commercially transparent marketplace. This benefits enterprises by accelerating deployment and integration with cloud providers, while network providers gain increased visibility into qualified demand and better utilization of their on-net infrastructure.
Equinix Fabric customers can access Resolute NEXUS immediately through the Equinix Customer Portal by selecting “Find Service Providers” and following the link to design, price, and order last-mile access services integrated with existing Equinix Fabric environments.
