The partnership aims to empower government and private sector organizations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) by delivering secure, scalable, and citizen-focused digital services through advanced cloud solutions.

BARQ Systems  has announced a strategic alliance with iOCO,  a provider of end-to-end technology and hyperscale solutions across Africa, the UK, and Europe, and Egypt-based cloud-native-first company PortfolioTech.  The partnership aims to empower government and private sector organizations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) by delivering secure, scalable, and citizen-focused digital services through advanced cloud solutions.

The alliance addresses the challenges faced by governments and enterprises in the region, including legacy infrastructure, fragmented digital strategies, and security concerns. By combining regional market access, certified expertise, industry knowledge, and cost competitiveness, the partnership will help organizations accelerate digital transformation while ensuring operational efficiency and security.

The collaboration will provide practical, secure, and scalable pathways for cloud adoption, enabling governments and private sector organizations to modernize digital services and improve citizen-focused offerings. It also aims to develop skilled human capital and leverage regionally relevant innovation to meet unique organizational needs.

iOCO will contribute technical enablement and strategic investment through its operations in the UK and MENA region, positioning the alliance as a regional hub for cloud services, IT outsourcing, and technology innovation. The partnership is expected to drive faster, safer, and more efficient delivery of modern digital solutions for governments and enterprises across the MENA region.
