CWG Plc  has reported strong growth in its unaudited financial results  for the period ending December 31, 2025, reflecting substantial improvements in profitability and operational performance. The Group’s profit surged to N5.61 billion, marking an 84.2% increase compared to N3.04 billion in the previous year, while profit before tax rose to N8.01 billion from N4.42 billion in 2024. Total revenue also experienced significant growth, reaching N65.66 billion, up from N46.35 billion, driven by higher demand across the company’s technology and IT service offerings.

Operational efficiency improved considerably, with EBITDA increasing to N8.57 billion from N4.81 billion and gross profit rising to N16.11 billion from N9.89 billion. CWG’s strategic focus remains on integrated technology solutions, encompassing the supply, installation, integration, and maintenance of computer equipment and e-payment hardware. The Group derives revenue from both IT infrastructure services and communication solutions, including software licenses, maintenance, support, and integration, with clear separation of hardware, software, and service contracts to maintain visibility across its business streams.

CWG Plc continues to strengthen its regional footprint through subsidiaries such as CWG Ghana Ltd, CWG Uganda Ltd, CWG Cameroon Ltd, FTHLAB Ltd, and CWG Global Services FZ-LLC. The financial results were formally approved by the Board of Directors on January 30, 2026, and signed by CEO Adewale Adeyipo and COO Afolabi Sobande, demonstrating the company’s continued commitment to transparency, growth, and strategic expansion across the African technology market.
