MTN South Africa Launches 12-Month ICT Learnership for Youth Empowerment
The programme provides a comprehensive ICT learnership for five unemployed young graduates from MTN SA Foundation’s Digital Skills for Digital Jobs (DS4DJ) initiative.
MTN South Africa, in collaboration with Helios Towers and Datacomb Development Hub, has officially launched the Helios Towers 12-Month ICT Learnership Programme, aimed at creating meaningful employment pathways for the country’s youth.
The programme provides a comprehensive ICT learnership for five unemployed young graduates from MTN SA Foundation’s Digital Skills for Digital Jobs (DS4DJ) initiative. Designed as an exit opportunity, the learnership bridges the gap between digital training and real workplace experience, equipping participants with practical skills, industry exposure, and career-ready competencies.
MTN South Africa expressed pride in partnering with like-minded organizations on this initiative and emphasized the programme’s role in empowering young professionals to grow, excel, and contribute meaningfully to the ICT sector.
