Bader Al-Rasheed, Co-founder and CPO of Baims , an AI-first EdTech company operating across KSA, Kuwait, UAE, and Egypt, announced the company’s acquisition of MedMasters , marking its official entry into the Iraqi market. This follows Baims’ earlier acquisition of Orcas in Egypt, signaling the company’s strategic push to build a stronger, more connected learning ecosystem across the Middle East.
Al-Rasheed highlighted the leadership of Co-founder and CEO Yousef Alhusaini, noting his clarity and speed in driving the initiative.
