Chad and Azerbaijan Explore Strategic Partnership in Digital Transformation

A delegation of Azerbaijani experts in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) visited Adetic, Chad’s national agency for digital development, on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, to explore opportunities for technical collaboration and knowledge exchange. The delegation was welcomed by Adetic Director General Adoum Djimet Saboun and his team of senior collaborators.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Saboun highlighted that the visit continues the dialogue initiated during the CMDT and the recent trip of Chad’s Caretaker Minister to Baku, Azerbaijan. He emphasized the shared commitment of both sides to establish a strong partnership to support Chad’s ongoing digital transformation efforts.

The working day concluded with a visit to Adetic’s Data Center, allowing the Azerbaijani delegation to assess existing infrastructures and the initiatives underway to advance Chad’s digital ecosystem.
