The digital system also allows written contests to be conducted via tablets, while providing paper-based alternatives where necessary.

The Cabinet has approved a comprehensive digitization plan aimed at recruiting 3,000 public employees, marking a significant step toward modernizing public sector processes. The announcement was made jointly by H.E. Minister of Digital Transformation and Management Era, Mr. Ahmed Salem Ulad Badh, and H.E. Minister of Public Works and Labour, Mrs. Maryam Bejel Hamid, who presented the progress of recruitment procedures to the Cabinet.

As Chairman of the Technical Committee for Digital Sector Support of the National Competitions Commission, Minister Ulad Badh outlined the mechanisms for introducing digital tools to ensure full automation of the recruitment process. This system is designed to streamline all stages of candidate applications, from submission to the release of final results after the appeals period.

Under the new system, candidates can submit their applications through the My Services portal or the National Competitions Commission recruitment platform. The process incorporates automated verification of candidacy, certificate authentication, and compliance with required standards. In addition, examination questions are generated just moments before the contest begins, ensuring fairness and integrity.

The digital system also allows written contests to be conducted via tablets, while providing paper-based alternatives where necessary. Immediate answer correction and the ability to file complaints remotely complete the transparency loop, improving accountability throughout the recruitment process.

While the organization and supervision of the recruitment remain under the exclusive authority of the National Competitions Commission, the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Management Era plays a crucial role in providing technical support, ensuring the successful implementation of this ambitious digital initiative.
