The solutions integrate multiple technologies, including fibre optics, 5G, and satellite connectivity via Starlink, automatically switching between channels if one fails to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

Global connectivity provider Neterra  has introduced two new internet services designed for enterprises that cannot afford downtime: primary business internet and a backup connection. The solutions integrate multiple technologies, including fibre optics, 5G, and satellite connectivity via Starlink, automatically switching between channels if one fails to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

The services offer guaranteed minimum capacity, 99.99% uptime, and 24/7 network monitoring by a dedicated engineering team. Standard activation takes up to seven working days, with express installation available within 24 to 48 hours for urgent needs.

Ideal for sectors such as finance, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, energy, retail, media, and government, the backup solution allows clients to maintain their existing provider contracts while ensuring complete connection security.

“We have created an architecture that does not rely on a single technology or cable but turns internet connection reliability into a standard. The primary advantage of these solutions is the ability to switch between separate channels automatically within milliseconds.”

Neven Dilkov, founder and CEO, Neterra

Neterra is also offering one month free with a 12-month contract and one free location for orders of 10 or more locations, encouraging enterprises to adopt these resilient internet solutions.
