My OneApp is expected to streamline access to both financial and communication services, reinforcing Safaricom’s push toward more integrated digital ecosystems for its customers.

Safaricom PLC  has unveiled a new unified digital platform, My OneApp, which combines the existing M-PESA App and MySafaricom App into a single integrated mobile experience.

The announcement was made by the company’s Super App team, including Felix Kimura, Paul Kamau, Gakenia Gathura, and Peter Gichangi, who showcased the application and its features during a live demonstration.

The new app is designed to simplify how customers interact with Safaricom services by bringing payments, account management, and other digital services into one seamless interface.

According to the demonstration, My OneApp will allow users to carry out everyday financial and telecom activities more efficiently, including making payments, managing mobile accounts, and accessing a range of Safaricom services without switching between multiple applications.

The company said the platform is aimed at improving convenience, speed, and overall user experience as part of its broader digital transformation strategy.
