Morocco Concludes RallyIA Future Lab to Boost AI Innovation and Youth Skills

The initiative, hosted in Marzouka, brought together more than a thousand young participants from across the Kingdom, alongside experts, researchers, entrepreneurs, and facilitators.

The Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform  has concluded the first edition of the “RallyIA Future Lab” initiative during a closing ceremony held on Friday, June 19, 2026, under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

The ceremony was presided over by Minister Amal Al-Falah Al-Sagroshny, alongside the Chairman of the National Committee for Monitoring the Protection of Personal Data, Omar Al-Sagroshny, Governor of Daraa Tafilalt region Saeed Zaniber, and other senior officials.

The initiative, hosted in Marzouka, brought together more than a thousand young participants from across the Kingdom, alongside experts, researchers, entrepreneurs, and facilitators. Over several days, participants engaged in collaborative workshops aimed at developing innovative solutions to address key national development challenges.

In her address, Minister Al-Falah Al-Sagroshny emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence as a tool for inclusive development and national progress. She highlighted that Morocco’s human capital remains a central pillar of the country’s digital transformation agenda.

She further noted that AI should be accessible to all citizens and leveraged to strengthen innovation, development, and digital sovereignty, in line with the country’s strategic vision.

The Minister also underscored that human talent is essential to the success of the “Digital Morocco 2030” strategy, which seeks to establish a national AI model grounded in digital sovereignty, technological capability, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

The event also featured the recognition of winning teams, with awards presented in acknowledgment of their innovative projects and active participation throughout the programme.

Organizers noted that the first edition of the “RallyIA Future Lab” successfully highlighted emerging young talent and demonstrated the ability of Moroccan youth to contribute meaningfully to technological advancement and innovation.

The ceremony concluded with expressions of loyalty and appreciation to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, recognizing his continued support for youth development and Morocco’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
