Under the partnership, Café One members will receive access to Decide as part of their membership. With more than 30 co-working locations nationwide, Café One serves a broad community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, analysts, operators, founders and startups who regularly work with spreadsheets, business reports and research.

AI productivity platform Decide  has partnered with Café One,  Nigeria’s largest co-working space network, to make its AI-powered spreadsheet and research assistant available to professionals across the country’s co-working community.

Under the partnership, Café One members will receive access to Decide as part of their membership. With more than 30 co-working locations nationwide, Café One serves a broad community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, analysts, operators, founders and startups who regularly work with spreadsheets, business reports and research.

Decide is an AI agent designed to automate spreadsheet analysis and research tasks. According to the company, the platform is already used by professionals at organisations including KPMG, PwC and Bank of America. It also reported achieving 82.5% verified accuracy on SpreadsheetBench, positioning it among the top-performing AI agents for spreadsheet-related work.

The collaboration marks the first major deployment under Decide for Work, the company’s new initiative to integrate AI agents into businesses, universities, co-working spaces and professional communities. Through the programme, Decide aims to work directly with organisations to embed AI tools into existing workflows while also partnering with communities that support knowledge workers.

The company said the initiative is driven by the belief that while AI agents are becoming increasingly capable, widespread workplace adoption still depends on making them accessible within the environments where people already work. Beyond integrating with commonly used business software such as spreadsheets and email, Decide plans to expand through partnerships with physical workspaces and professional networks.

As part of the rollout, Café One members will receive instructions on how to activate their access to Decide, while additional support will be available through Café One locations across Nigeria. The partnership is expected to help professionals improve productivity by automating repetitive spreadsheet and research tasks while accelerating AI adoption in the workplace.
