InteLogix Opens New Contact Centre in New Cairo, Egypt
The new facility was inaugurated during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by InteLogix President and CEO Mario Baddour, Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) CEO Ahmed Elzaher, BPO industry analyst Peter Ryan and other guests.
InteLogix has opened a new contact centre in New Cairo, Egypt, expanding its presence in the country and strengthening its capacity to deliver multilingual business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
The new facility was inaugurated during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by InteLogix President and CEO Mario Baddour, Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) CEO Ahmed Elzaher, BPO industry analyst Peter Ryan and other guests.
The company said the New Cairo centre combines advanced infrastructure with multilingual talent and a competitive delivery model designed to support its clients.
The facility builds on InteLogix’s existing operations in Egypt and the work of its local team. The company said the expansion marks a new milestone in its presence in the Egyptian market as it looks to grow its operations and service capabilities.
The New Cairo centre is expected to support InteLogix’s delivery of contact centre and BPO services, leveraging Egypt’s multilingual workforce and growing technology services ecosystem.
