Amazon Introduces Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse AI Devices for Smarter Personal Reminders

October 16, 2026
3 min read

The devices are designed to help users remember important details from meetings, phone calls and informal conversations.

Amazon  has introduced two new personal artificial intelligence (AI) devices under its Bee brand, expanding its range of tools designed to turn everyday conversations into summaries, reminders, to-do lists and personalised insights. The new products are Bee Frontier, a wearable device, and Bee Eclipse, a magnetic attachment for smartphones.

The devices are designed to help users remember important details from meetings, phone calls and informal conversations. Bee can identify relevant information and convert it into actionable insights, including reminders, follow-up tasks and calendar invitations, helping users manage daily activities without relying solely on their memory.

Bee Frontier can be worn on the wrist or clipped onto clothing. It features an ultra-soft silicone wristband, dual microphones with noise filtering, IP67 water resistance and up to seven days of battery life. The device is available in Onyx, Lavender and Sage, with USB-C charging.

Bee Eclipse offers an alternative for users who prefer not to wear a device. Approximately the size of a credit card, it attaches magnetically to the back of a phone and provides more than 21 days of battery life on a single charge. Like Bee Frontier, it captures conversational context to generate summaries, insights and to-do lists.

The Bee platform also supports integrations with applications including Gmail, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Users can access conversation summaries through the Bee mobile and desktop applications, with templates for activities such as lectures, care planning and brainstorming. The platform can also generate draft follow-up emails, suggest calendar invitations and identify recurring themes to recommend personalised goals and actions.

As part of the expansion, Bee is introducing integrations with Amazon Alexa+ and Amazon.com. Connecting Bee to Alexa+ allows users to retrieve summaries, insights and to-do lists through hands-free voice requests. Integration with Amazon.com enables personalised product recommendations based on items mentioned in conversations, making it easier for users to find products they intended to purchase.

Amazon said privacy remains central to the devices’ design. Both products use Bee Private Compute, which processes conversations in a secure environment. According to the company, audio is processed in real time and deleted afterwards, while encrypted transcripts remain accessible only to users unless they choose to share them. The devices also include physical controls and indicator lights to signal when audio processing is active. Users are prompted to obtain permission from call participants whenever recording begins.

Bee Frontier is available at Amazon.com for $74.99, while Bee Eclipse is expected to become available soon, starting at $99.99. Both devices include conversation summaries, recaps and a 14-day memory feature at no additional cost.

A paid Bee Pro subscription costs $11.99 per month and includes additional features such as unlimited recent conversation summaries, third-party app integrations, Alexa+ and Amazon.com integrations, suggested to-dos, daily memories, a personal chat assistant, conversation templates and the Bee desktop application. New Bee customers receive a 30-day free trial of Bee Pro.
