Despite challenges like vandalism and public works disruptions, CAMTEL emphasizes its commitment to providing uninterrupted service. The company highlights its ISO 9001:2015 certification as proof of its dedication to quality.

CAMTEL also points out that some operators, struggling with congestion due to inadequate infrastructure investments, are unfairly blaming its backbone. While acknowledging partial responsibility, CAMTEL reaffirms its commitment to improving communication services in Cameroon.
