LASIMRA & NCC Join Forces to Strengthen Lagos Telecom Infrastructure

LASIMRA and NCC collaborate to enhance Lagos telecom infrastructure, discussing tower enumeration, fibre installation, public asset protection, and improved connectivity.

The Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance & Regulatory Agency’s (LASIMRA) led by Mr Elegushi Oyekanmi, paid a working visit to the National Communications Commission (NCC) in Abuja, where he was warmly welcomed by the entire management team, led by the Executive Vice Chairman, Dr. Aminu Maida.

The objective of this visit seeks to strengthen communication and cooperation between LASIMRA and NCC, with the aim of tackling the urgent challenges facing the telecommunications sector in Lagos State. Discussions around the tower enumeration project, protection of public infrastructure during fibre installation procedures, high quality internet accessibility for Lagos State and general restoration of order within the telecommunications landscape of Lagos State.
