Côte d’Ivoire Partners with UAE’s G42 Presight to Modernize Public Services
These memoranda of understanding are part of the dynamic of strengthening the strategic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in the fields of technological innovation and artificial intelligence.
Two non-binding memoranda of understanding in the field of digital technology and the digitalization of public services were signed on Thursday, July 10, 2025 between the Emirati public company G42 Presight , which is one of the world leaders in Big Data analysis, and the Ministry of State, Ministry of Public Service and Modernization of the Administration, on the one hand. And, on the other hand, between G42 Presight and the Ministry of Digital Transition and Digitalization.
These two protocols signed in Abidjan Sofitel Hotel Ivoire, on the sidelines of the official opening of the first edition of the Ivoire Tech Forum, and under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, Robert Beugré Mambé, relate respectively to the establishment of a framework for collaboration on the modernization of public administration and a framework for collaboration on the national strategy for digital development.
The signatories of the Ivorian side were Minister of State Anne Désirée Ouloto and Minister Ibrahim Khalil Konaté, while the Vice President of Sales and Business Development Africa, Latin America of G42 Presight, Sheik Muhammad Shameen Hosenbocus, represented his company.
This signing, which was welcomed by the stakeholders, took place in the presence of the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Côte d’Ivoire, Ali Yousef Al Nuaimi, who represented the Emirati government.
