Côte d’Ivoire’s VITIB Partners with Ynov and Magic System to Boost Youth Digital Skills
With these initiatives, VITIB reaffirms its commitment to building Africa’s number one digital city, with innovation, education, and opportunity at its core.

At the inaugural edition of the Ivoire Tech Forum 2025, the Village of Information Technology and Biotechnology (VITIB) took a major step forward in its mission to drive digital innovation and technological transformation in Côte d’Ivoire and beyond.
In the presence of the Minister of Digital Transition and Digitalisation, Mr. Ibrahim Kalil Konaté, VITIB’s General Manager, Mr. Mébéti Dosso, officially signed two strategic partnership agreements—one with Ynov Campus and another with the Fondation Magic System.
The first agreement establishes the Ynov Abidjan Campus, marking the French institution’s first location in sub-Saharan Africa. This initiative will provide cutting-edge training to Ivorian and West African youth in digital technologies, engineering, and tech-driven innovation. The campus aims to cultivate a new generation of highly skilled professionals ready to lead Africa’s digital future.
The second partnership focuses on the development of the VITIB Digital Academy, an initiative aimed at enhancing local digital skills, improving youth employability, and supporting job placement in high-potential, tech-based industries. The academy will serve as a hub for capacity building in digital literacy and advanced technical competencies.
These agreements reflect VITIB’s strategic vision to position itself as a regional leader in digital excellence, innovation, and youth empowerment. They also align with the government’s broader agenda under the Maroc Digital 2030 strategy to accelerate digital transformation and foster inclusive growth through technology.
With these initiatives, VITIB reaffirms its commitment to building Africa’s number one digital city, with innovation, education, and opportunity at its core.
