The recognition highlights regional leaders who are driving global innovation while delivering measurable local impact.

Ericsson stated that the honour reflects Johansson’s leadership and the company’s continued commitment to digital transformation across the region. Over the past year, Ericsson has expanded its 5G network deployments, advanced the development of scalable and energy-efficient infrastructure, and deepened its focus on sustainability and digital inclusion. These efforts include equipping young professionals with future-oriented digital skills and strengthening local partnerships with governments and ecosystem players.
