The minister highlighted several key achievements, including the preparation of a legal framework to support the digitization of administrative services and the launch of joint national digital platforms aimed at improving citizen access to government services.

Morocco’s Minister of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Amal Al-Falah Al-Sagroshny, has reviewed the country’s progress in advancing digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure projects as part of the Maghreb Digital Vision 2030. Speaking before Parliament on Monday, October 3, 2025, the minister outlined the government’s ongoing efforts to modernize public administration, strengthen connectivity, and promote responsible AI adoption across the Kingdom.

The minister highlighted several key achievements, including the preparation of a legal framework to support the digitization of administrative services and the launch of joint national digital platforms aimed at improving citizen access to government services. She also emphasized Morocco’s growing engagement in artificial intelligence development through initiatives such as the Morocco Digital Center for Sustainable Development (D4SD), the Aljari Institutes, and various training programs targeting children and youth to build future digital competencies.

Al-Sagroshny reported significant progress in expanding digital coverage to rural and mountainous regions, with major investments exceeding 80 billion dirhams dedicated to launching 5G network projects across the country. She also noted ongoing efforts to formalize the inclusion of the Amazigh language in government departments, reflecting Morocco’s commitment to cultural diversity and inclusive digital reform.

These initiatives form part of broader structural reforms designed to build an open, efficient, and citizen-centered digital administration. The Ministry reaffirmed its dedication to fostering innovation, improving public service delivery, and positioning Morocco as a regional leader in digital governance and artificial intelligence.
