The Ministry of ICT and Postal Services has announced plans to ease the financial burden on mobile and internet service providers, aiming to make communication more affordable for South Sudanese citizens.
The announcement followed a meeting between Minister Ateny Wek Ateny and Zain CEO Philippe Hanna, addressing concerns over high internet and communication rates. The Ministry emphasized that affordable internet is crucial for education, business transactions, and overall access to digital services.
