On January 15, 2026, CAMTEL (Cameroon Telecommunications) and the Cameroon Baccalaureate Office (OBC) signed a strategic partnership aimed at advancing the digitalization of national examinations. The agreement seeks to strengthen the security, efficiency, and transparency of exam administration through cutting-edge technology.
The collaboration is built on three key pillars: the high-speed and redundant interconnection of OBC sites, the protection of sensitive exam data within the sovereign national cloud, and the deployment of reliable and transparent digital platforms for exam management.
According to the Director of OBC, the partnership represents a major technological breakthrough, leveraging CAMTEL’s expertise to modernize exam processes and safeguard sensitive information.
Through this initiative, CAMTEL reinforces its role as a technological partner to the public administration, supporting the sustainable modernization of essential state services in Cameroon.
