The initiative introduces a smart national portfolio and a meta-application designed to provide integrated, intelligent access to government services, improving the overall user experience beyond traditional administrative processes.

The Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform (MTNRA)  has announced the launch of the “IDARATI x.0” project, aimed at developing a unified digital platform to bring citizens closer to public administration services. The initiative introduces a smart national portfolio and a meta-application designed to provide integrated, intelligent access to government services, improving the overall user experience beyond traditional administrative processes.

The project is being developed with strict adherence to Privacy by Design and Security by Design principles, ensuring personal data protection and information security from the earliest stages. By linking the digital portfolio to the sovereign National Electronic Identification Card issued by the Directorate General of National Security, the system aims to provide reliable, secure access to public digital services while fully respecting citizens’ privacy rights.

In preparation for the project, MTNRA collaborated with the National Committee for the Monitoring of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) throughout 2024 to define technical and functional requirements for the digital portfolio. The Ministry and CNDP have engaged multiple public institutions and technology stakeholders to contribute to the design and verification of an integrated digital system that ensures a safe and seamless experience for users.

The launch phase of the project involves five public institutions and three private companies, with plans to expand participation to other partners in future phases. MTNRA emphasizes that the “IDARATI x.0” meta-application will serve as a central, intelligent access point for citizens to interact with government services, fostering trust, efficiency, and innovation in public administration.
