EHC Investment Forms Joint Venture to Deliver Sovereign Cloud and AI Solutions in Abu Dhabi

EHC Investment has signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Phoenix Technologies AG and AAA Commercial Enterprises to establish a joint venture headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The partnership aims to develop and deliver sovereign cloud infrastructure, secure data platforms, and advanced AI computing solutions across the region.
The joint venture brings together EHC’s regional investment leadership, Phoenix Technologies’ Swiss-based ICT and secure cloud expertise, and AAA Commercial Enterprises’ strong regional execution capabilities. The collaboration is designed to build independent, resilient, and scalable digital infrastructure aligned with national priorities, supporting the UAE’s ambition to become a hub for secure, high-performance digital ecosystems.
The venture will serve as an operating platform for the development, marketing, and delivery of sovereign cloud and AI solutions, reinforcing the region’s data sovereignty, accelerating digital transformation, and enabling sustainable, long-term value creation.
