Through the UpGreyed Her initiative, Grey is deepening its commitment by expanding support to more female founders across borders.

Grey  has unveiled UpGreyed Her, a global initiative aimed at scaling women-led businesses across emerging markets, reinforcing its commitment to driving inclusive economic growth. The programme is designed to provide not just financial support, but also the infrastructure and visibility needed for female entrepreneurs to thrive in competitive ecosystems.

In a statement, the company emphasized its perspective on the global funding gap, describing it not as a limitation but as a reservoir of untapped potential. Grey noted that investing in women-led startups across cities such as Lagos, São Paulo, and Jakarta goes beyond supporting individual businesses, contributing instead to the broader economic advancement of entire regions.

Through the UpGreyed Her initiative, Grey is deepening its commitment by expanding support to more female founders across borders. This year, the programme will award a total of $10,000 in equity-free grants to three outstanding women entrepreneurs, providing them with critical early-stage funding to scale their ideas.

Under the grant structure, the first-place winner will receive $5,000, while the first and second runners-up will be awarded $3,000 and $2,000 respectively. The initiative reflects Grey’s broader vision of enabling women founders to access capital, build sustainable ventures, and drive long-term impact within emerging markets.
