Telecom Namibia Appoints Armando Perny as Acting CEO
Mr. Perny brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of Telecom Namibia’s operations and strategic priorities.
Following the recent resignation of the Chief Executive Officer, Dr Stanley Shanapinda, the Board of Directors wishes to inform stakeholders that Mr. Armando Perny has been appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2026, for a period of 1 month.
Mr. Perny brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of Telecom Namibia ’s operations and strategic priorities. His leadership will ensure continuity and stability as the Board undertakes the process of appointing a substantive CEO.
The Board has full confidence in Mr. Perny’s ability to guide the organisation during this transitional period and maintain focus on delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.
