Uganda Launches MTN Spark Hub at Busitema University to Boost Digital Innovation
The initiative is powered by the MTN Uganda Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance, MTN Uganda, Cente Tech and the National ICT Innovation Hub.
Uganda has launched the MTN Spark Hub at Busitema University to expand access to digital tools, skills and innovation opportunities for students and the wider community.
The initiative is powered by the MTN Uganda Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance , MTN Uganda, Cente Tech and the National ICT Innovation Hub.
The newly launched hub is designed to provide students and members of the surrounding community with access to digital resources and skills development opportunities. It will also support the development of innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
Through the facility, students are expected to gain greater access to technology and opportunities that can support digital skills development, entrepreneurship and innovation.
The launch forms part of broader efforts to strengthen Uganda’s digital ecosystem by creating spaces where young people and communities can access technology, develop relevant skills and turn ideas into practical solutions.
