October 6, 2026
1 min read

The partnership, launched at Stima Plaza in Nairobi, will enable Stima Sacco members to deposit funds directly into their Sacco accounts through the revamped KCB Mobile Banking App. The integration is designed to provide members with a more seamless and convenient digital banking experience.

KCB Kenya  has launched an interoperability partnership with Stima Sacco Society Ltd  to improve how members access, transfer and manage their finances through digital banking services.

The partnership, launched at Stima Plaza in Nairobi, will enable Stima Sacco members to deposit funds directly into their Sacco accounts through the revamped KCB Mobile Banking App. The integration is designed to provide members with a more seamless and convenient digital banking experience.

KCB Director of Retail Banking Jane Isiaho said the partnership comes as digital adoption within the Sacco sector continues to grow. She noted that the number of digital Sacco products has increased from 345 to 407, while providers have grown from 236 to 267.

Isiaho said KCB would support this growth by providing banking infrastructure and technology that enables institutions such as Stima Sacco to offer more accessible and efficient services to their members.

The partnership is expected to strengthen digital financial access for Stima Sacco members while expanding KCB’s role in supporting the development of digital financial services across Kenya’s cooperative sector.
