The platform targets startups, large enterprises, organisations and developers across Rwanda, offering tools to streamline customer engagement through multiple communication channels.

Airtel Rwanda  has introduced Airtel IQ, a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) designed to help businesses integrate real-time customer communications into their existing applications and workflows.

The platform targets startups, large enterprises, organisations and developers across Rwanda, offering tools to streamline customer engagement through multiple communication channels.

Airtel IQ features omnichannel messaging, enabling businesses to connect with customers across different platforms. It also supports automated one-time passwords (OTPs), transaction alerts and other notifications to facilitate secure and timely communications.

The platform includes analytics dashboards that allow organisations to monitor message delivery rates and track campaign performance in real time.

According to Airtel Rwanda, Airtel IQ runs on its cloud-native network infrastructure, providing a secure and scalable foundation for business communications.

The company has invited businesses and developers across Rwanda to partner with it and explore the platform through demonstrations as it seeks to support more efficient customer engagement and digital communication.
