Zambia Reappoints Felix Mutati as Minister of Technology and Science
The ministry said his continued leadership presents an opportunity to strengthen digital transformation, promote scientific research and innovation, and expand access to technology across Zambia.
Felix C. Mutati has been reappointed as Zambia’s Minister of Technology and Science.
The Ministry of Technology and Science announced the news in a congratulatory message on its official Facebook page. The ministry welcomed his return to the role and said his continued leadership gives it a chance to strengthen digital transformation, support scientific research and innovation, and widen access to technology across the country.
It added that the reappointment lets the ministry build on progress already made and speed up its contribution to national development, economic growth and opportunities for young people.
The ministry is responsible for driving Zambia’s technology, science and innovation initiatives as the country pursues its digital development goals.
