MTN Rwandacell Announces Changes to its Management

Sharon has been General Manager, Legal and Regulatory Affairs /Company Secretary since 2015 and joined MTN Rwandacell in 2009 where she served as a Legal Officer and later Legal and Regulatory Supervisor until she was appointed as the head of the department in 2015.

Heading Corporate Services, she will oversee Sustainability and Shared Value Management, Public & Investor Relations and the MTN Foundation, in addition to Legal and Regulatory Affairs.

Mr. Didas Ndoli has been appointed as the General Manager, Enterprise Business Unit.

Didas has been Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Unit since 2020. He joined MTN Rwandacell in 2009 as a Sales Engineer and later Sales Manager, became Senior Manager Commercial sales in 2016 until he was appointed Senior Manager EBU under MTN Business department in 2020.

As part of the executive team and as General Manager, he will oversee Strategy and Development of Enterprise Business segments that include Large Enterprise sector, SME and Wholesale business.
