MyMTN Home Uncapped Plans are Now Available in 5G
MyMTN Home Uncapped speed-based plans are now available on 5G, offering customers blistering data speeds, ultra-low latency, increased reliability, exceptional coverage and improved connectivity for as little as R999 per month.
Consistently ranked as the best mobile network in South Africa, MTN has developed the MyMTN Home Uncapped 5G plans using the latest 5G network technologies to provide unlimited data connectivity to customers’ homes across 125 coverage areas, across all provinces.

MyMTN Home Uncapped 5G plans are now available on plug-and-play WiFi to customers who sign-up or upgrade to the qualifying MyMTN Home Uncapped 5G plans.
Until 31 March 2022, customers who take up any of the uncapped 5G plans will qualify to receive a free 5G router to the value of R8799. We have two uncapped speed-based packages available:
- 50 Mbps Uncapped data at R999 pm/24months (1 000 GB Fair usage policy applies)
- 100 Mbps Uncapped data at 1099pm/24 months (2 000 GB Fair usage policy applies)
Customers who are already in possession of a compatible 5G router, can sign-up for MyMTN Home Uncapped 5G SIM only plans on a month-to-month payment plan.
