MTN and Huawei Deploy Telecom Connectivity to the Rural Olanla Community

December 14, 2022

MTN and Huawei Technologies have announced that they have intervened to provide telecommunication connectivity to the Olanla community in the Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State.

The technology is reportedly powered by solar energy and people can access the network more than 2 kilometers from the site.

I am very happy because the villagers enjoy network and browsing and our sons can leave the town and come here and they would not rush to leave because they now have internet connection now so they stay longer and we are very happy about that.

Mr Lamidi Adeshina, Balogun of the Community
