Eutelsat Calls Shareholders’ Meeting for Crucial Vote on OneWeb Merger Proposal

Eutelsat Communications’ Board of Directors has successfully obtained all required regulatory approvals. They have now set a date for the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Eutelsat shareholders. This meeting will serve the purpose of voting on the proposed combination between Eutelsat Communications and OneWeb. The transaction is structured as an all-share deal involving the non-cash contribution of OneWeb shares to Eutelsat.

The General Meeting is scheduled to take place on September 28, 2023, starting at 09:30 AM (Paris time). The venue for the meeting will be the Amphitheatre of Tour Accor, located at 82 rue Henri Farman, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
