Airtel Uganda Partners with CarlCare to Enhance Customer Device Support

Airtel Uganda has announced a partnership with CarlCare to alleviate customers’ challenges when their devices falter, disrupting their daily lives and causing frustration about where to turn for reliable help.

Speaking at the partnership launch, Joweria Nabakka, Customer Experience Director at AirtelUG, emphasizes that this transformative solution, born out of our commitment to enhancing the customer experience, is today’s partnership with CarlCare.

Through CarlCare’s network of service centres staffed with skilled technicians, we’re offering our customers more than just a quick fix – we’re providing peace of mind.
