The President of Rwanda Makes New Ministerial and Agency Appointments
In accordance with Articles 116 and 112 of the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda, His Excellency the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has announced key appointments effective today, September 11, 2024.
The new appointments include Mr. Joseph Nsengimana as Minister of Education, Mr. Gaspard Twagirayezu as Chief Executive Officer of the Rwanda Space Agency, and Ms. Nelly Mukazayire as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Sports.
