AMAKA Studio Secures $2 Million Seed Funding to Empower Black and African Creators Globally

AMAKA Studio, a digital platform dedicated to elevating Black and African creators, has announced the successful closure of a $2 million seed funding round. This milestone, led by Equitane and supported by Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab, Silverbacks Holdings, and a group of angel investors, marks a significant leap forward in the company’s mission to empower creators globally.

The funding will enable AMAKA Studio to expand its platform, offering creators more opportunities to share their stories, monetize their work, and forge lasting collaborations. The platform’s focus on building partnerships between creators and brands aims to foster innovation, creativity, and representation across industries.

By amplifying the voices of Black and African creators, AMAKA Studio continues to position itself as a leading force in the creative industry, committed to bridging gaps and creating global impact.
