MTN Launches Early Talent Development Program for Women and People with Disabilities in South Sudan

MTN Early Talent Development Program has been officially launched. This comprehensive initiative aims to engage and empower female students and individuals with disabilities from local universities in South Sudan.
To achieve this, MTN’s Early Talent Development Program aims to recruit, develop, and accelerate top graduates and Students from three major Universities in South Sudan-University of Juba, John Garang University, and Rumbek University.
The Honorable Gabriel Changson Chang, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology formally inaugurated the program. Other distinguished guests included Honorable John Chol Dau, Director-General(Vocational training) in the Ministry of Labor; Napoleon Adok, Director-General of the National Communications Authority; Professor Abraham Matoc Dhal, Vice-Chancellor of John Garang University; and Professor Robert Mayom, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Juba. MTN’s executive committee members, led by CEO Monzer A. were also present.
The program specifically focuses on supporting students pursuing studies in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields.
