As E-Mobility world over gains traction Zambia continues to make significant progress in its contribution towards reducing Co2 emissions not only in the urban areas but in the rural areas too.
In a latest development we are delighted to announce a Tripartite Partnership between Subilo,Engie and Spartan Industries.Excerpt from the Press Release
The Partnership will help accelerate the deployment of Ebikes(both 2 wheelers and 3 wheelers) to the recently commissioned Solar minigrids situated in eastern province Zambia.Subilo will deploy and set up Battery charging and swap stations for the EBikes,Engie will provide and supply electricity via its mini Solar Grids currently under construction across the country and Spartan will supply Ebikes(both 2 wheelers and 3 wheelers) to customers across rural Zambia .
The First Battery charging and swap stations have been successfully deployed in Chataika village situated 40km away from Petauke and 25km away from Sinda in Eastern province .Equally Engie has successfully installed a 100Kw solar minigrid which will provide much needed Electricity to the community in the village as well as Subilos Battery
Charging and swap stations.Spartan Industries has further availed and deployed Ebikes to the community of Chataika.
With this new deployed infrastructure people of Chataika will be able to charge or swap their EBike batteries bringing about efficiency and cost savings to their operations and daily lives.
