EOH Holdings finalises its rebranding to iOCO Limited, with trading under the new name starting December 11, 2024, and updated shareholder accounts by December 17.
EOH Holdings Limited has announced their Finalisation Announcement for the change of the name of the company to iOCO Limited.
They announced that shareholders are advised that the special resolutions in relation to the change of name and the amendment to the MoI have been registered by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
