I commend the leaders for mobilizing women in media across Ghana and for establishing such a formidable group which seeks to address challenges women face in the media space.I encouraged them to work hard at addressing challenges such as poor remuneration, low representation in leadership positions in newsrooms, limited opportunities for advancement, stereotyping and bias, sexism and harassment among others.
