Maroc Telecom, Visa Partner to Expand Digital Payments in Africa

The initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting economic development and digital transformation across the continent through inclusive financial services.

Multiple reports have confirmed that Maroc Telecom Group  and Visa  have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic cooperation framework aimed at boosting digital payments and advancing financial inclusion in Morocco and across the Group’s African subsidiaries.

The agreement, reportedly signed on Tuesday, outlines can leverage both companies’ capabilities to accelerate the adoption of secure, innovative payment solutions.

The initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting economic development and digital transformation across the continent through inclusive financial services.
