The Oracle Group, which has a long-standing presence in Eswatini, is deepening its investment in local business development through this programme.

Launching in August 2025, the Oracle  Innovate Lab, powered by Thinkroom , will kick off a six-month hybrid programme aimed at equipping Eswatini’s entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and support they need to scale their businesses. The initiative will blend one-on-one mentorship, hands-on masterclasses, and practical sessions, with a balance of online and in-person engagements.

The programme targets local founders navigating growth challenges in a market where access to capital, structured support, and networks remains limited. With a focus on real-world application, the Oracle Innovate Lab aims to bridge these gaps and accelerate growth for ten high-potential SMEs.

“Having been a participant in a Thinkroom-led entrepreneurial development programme, I would strongly encourage all qualifying founders, especially those in fintech, to apply to this programme. Access to support, mentorship, and network can be a game changer.”

-Sebastian Patel, Co-founder and COO, Franc Group.

While applications are open to entrepreneurs across sectors, the programme gives preference to fintech SMEs aligned with Oracle’s strategic focus. The initiative is tailored for founders ready to commit to measurable growth outcomes.

“Founders in Eswatini are not short on innovation, grit, or drive. However, they need the support infrastructure around them to take that next big step. With Oracle Innovate Lab, we are creating a space where we can intentionally build growth in ten high-potential SMEs. This partnership with Oracle is an example of what it means to build meaningful growth with partners who want to make real impact. We are excited to kick off our first cohort with the Oracle Innovate Lab.”

– Catherine Young, Founder, Thinkroom.

The Oracle Group, which has a long-standing presence in Eswatini, is deepening its investment in local business development through this programme.

“Oracle Innovate Lab is a call to action for local founders. At Oracle, our mission has always been to support local businesses in solving real problems. This programme has been specifically designed to give founders the tools, access, and support they need to grow and become the next generation of entrepreneurs shaping the Eswatini economy.”

-David Takis, CEO, The Oracle Group.

Applications are open and will close on 23 July 2025. Interested SMEs are encouraged to apply .
