The primary goal of this gathering was to address critical points necessary for the platform's successful launch and integration.

A major step forward has been taken in the project to digitize travel forms in Madagascar. A recent technical consultation meeting was held to move closer to the operationalization of a new “eForm” platform, a development poised to significantly improve the traveler experience. The meeting included key stakeholders such as the Confederation of Tourism of Madagascar (CTM), the National Tourism Office of Madagascar (ONTM), and the implementing company, Mada Ozi. The primary goal of this gathering was to address critical points necessary for the platform’s successful launch and integration.

The eForm platform aims to simplify administrative formalities for travelers, centralize and secure data, and align Madagascar’s travel procedures with international standards. By integrating the API-PNR (Advance Passenger Information/Passenger Name Record) system, the project will meet the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). This modernization is expected to lead to numerous benefits, including smoother processing at checkpoints, improved data reliability, and more effective planning for tourism stakeholders. This digital initiative represents a significant advance in enhancing the efficiency and security of Madagascar’s travel and tourism sector.
